- One registered office in New Delhi and no branch offices — the work itself happens on client sites, which can mean travel depending on the project.
- Sites are usually live and occupied. Sequencing around other trades and the client's operations matters as much as the install itself.
- Scope spans HVAC, fire, electrical, low-voltage and security on the same job, so you will work next to disciplines that aren't your own.
- Quality is judged at testing and commissioning, not at handover of your own bit — the standard is zero-defect for the whole system.
- Most projects carry an AMC afterwards, so the people who install it are often the people who come back to maintain it.
